General Conditions
Good activity on Scuds, Chironomids and olive or black woolly buggers. Fish are now taking up positions on top of young weed beds awaiting the big Chirono hatch.

Suggested Techniques
Float tubes or kick boats running a short sink tip with a streamer or a static strike indicator system with 10 ft. leader.

Spinney Reservoir
General Conditions
Fish are on Chironomid Larva and smaller midges fairly hard now. #12 Red Chironocones, #12 Pheasant Tails, Halfbacks, Denny's Stillwater specials, Vanilla Buggers, Olive Buggers
Suggested Techniques
Float tubing or kick boating along the Eastern Shorelines. Fishing is the best along the submerged structure 100 yds off the shoreline.
